ABOUT MIKE
Mike Russo has been a serious firearms enthusiast since 2010. He quickly immersed himself into instructor-led coursework and spent the following 7 years training in a variety of applications and environments. Finally, in 2017 Mike sought feedback on his capabilities and started competing consistently.
Mike has earned his place in the industry first on the competitor scorecard and second through his motivation to help serious shooters hone their craft. Mike's professionalism and performance led to opportunities to shoot for Sons of Liberty Gun Works and presently Ridgeline Defense WHERE HE SERVES AS TEAM CAPTAIN.
As goals have evolved, Mike is eager to OFFER HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPRIENCE TO HELP SHOOTERS progress IN THEIR competitive JOURNEY. maddawg precision was created TO offer A COMPETITION-FOCUSED CURRICULUM THAT DIVES DEEP INTO the fundamentals and advanced knowledge & skill-building for precision applications.
mIKE IS MOST NOTABLY A QUANTIFIED PERFORMANCE CHAMP & 2X podium finisher (2nd place) in the general purpose division. He has had the opportunity to be trained by and with some of the most highly regarded firearms and tactics instructors in the country.
Mike is NAEMT tactical emergency casualty care (TECC) for LEO/EMR certified.
